Abram Waterhouse was the co-costume designer of latter episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation's seventh season and Deep Space Nine's second season. Waterhouse was standing in for Robert Blackman, who was working on Star Trek Generations.
Waterhouse shared an Emmy Award with Blackman for their costume design on TNG's series finale, "All Good Things..."
Since 2007 he has been working as costume designer on the acclaimed crime series Dexter.
