Abraham Sofaer was born in Rangoon, Burma 1 October 1896. His first acting job was in 1931, and he worked steadily, if in small parts, until the early 1970's. Because of his nationality, he played many Native American roles. He made two Star Trek appearances (one of them a voiceover). He died 21 January 1988.
