A. Fukai was a Human Starfleet officer in the 22nd century.
In the 2150s, she was named as a Vehicle Development officer on the dedication plaque of the NX-class starships. (ENT: "Broken Bow", dedication plaque; ENT: "Affliction", dedication plaque)
In January of 2155, she was named as a Guidance and Navigation officer on directory placards at the Fleet Operations Center, Sol Sector. Her office was in room #1148. (ENT: "Demons", directories)
Fukai was named for first assistant director Arlene Fukai.
