The 23rd Jem'Hadar Division was a contingent of Jem'Hadar troops and Dominion ships.
In Grathon Tolar's forged holo-recording, the 23rd Jem'Hadar Division was assigned to take the Glintara sector in the planned Dominion invasion of the Romulan Star Empire. The Cardassian Fourth Order would have protected their flank. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")
