- Voyager encounters the USS Equinox, another Starfleet vessel stranded in the Delta Quadrant. The Equinox crew had since broken the Prime Directive and killed several nucleogenic lifeforms for use as a fuel source to power an enhanced warp drive. The Equinox eventually deserted Voyager after stealing a new shield emitter designed to prevent the lifeforms from attacking. - Tom Paris is returned to the rank of lieutenant junior grade. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero")
- The Delta Flyer is destroyed by a Borg tactical cube. Captain Kathryn Janeway, Lieutenant Commander Tuvok, and Lieutenant B'Elanna Torres are assimilated by the Borg in order to assist the drones of Unimatrix Zero in their rebellion. (VOY: "Unimatrix Zero")
Notes
The placement of 11:59 and the remaining episodes of Voyager's fifth season is based on Neelix giving the date in 11:59 as "April 22." Since this episode takes place very late in the season, it is very possible that it is 2376.
