• The Terra Prime movement, under the leadership of John Frederick Paxton, attempts to expel all non-humans from the Sol system by commandeering the verteron array on Mars. Their plan was foiled by the crew of the starship Enterprise.
• Talks about the formation of a Coalition of Planets take place on Earth. Participating representatives include Humans, Vulcans, Andorians, Tellarites, Rigelians, Denobulans and Coridanites. (ENT: "Demons")
• Decontamination of Cold Station 12 is completed. (ENT: "The Augments")

Mirror universeEdit

• The ISS Enterprise travels into Tholian space in search of a Terran vessel - the Constitution-class USS Defiant. The Enterprise is destroyed and most of the senior staff retrieve the Defiant. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly")
• Hoshi Sato declares herself Empress of the Terran Empire after seizing control of the USS Defiant and ordering Starfleet's unconditional surrender. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
