The 15th century is defined by the calendar of Earth as occurring from the year 1401 through the year 1500.

Events

1484
After the Turei render their homeworld uninhabitable by plasma weapon bombardments, a battalion of approximately six hundred Vaadwaur warriors takes refuge below the planet's surface in a state of cryostasis. Intending to remain in stasis for only five years, they are eventually woken up when USS Voyager visits their planet 892 years later. (VOY: "Dragon's Teeth")
1473
On February 19 Nicolaus Copernicus is born in Toruń, Poland. (VOY: "Future's End")
1485
A rating of "B" on the industrial scale corresponds to a technology level equal to that of Earth's in this year. (TOS: "Spock's Brain")
An early idea for the film that became Star Trek: First Contact would have involved Renaissance Italy, and Feature Leonardo da Vinci (definitely placing it firmly in the 15th century part of the Renaissance).
While not confirmed in canon, Johannes Gutenberg lived in this century and started mass production of his Gutenberg Bible, which is the first mass-produced type-written book; in 1455.
