14 Degrees East was a division of Interplay Entertainment founded on March 3, 1999 to develop strategy games.

Aside from Star Trek titles they also developed the Fallout tactical real-time strategy game Fallout Tactics in 2001 and the Fallout Radioactive compilation pack in 2002, which would become their last game released to date.

The current status of the company is unknown but according to Interplay they still exist as a legal entity.
